Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75 USD (before tax). Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $25.

For international orders, complimentary shipping is available on purchases over $145 USD (before tax). Orders under $145 ship at a flat rate of $35.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
 

 

How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to select international destinations.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

 

What if my package is marked as delivered but not received?

If the carrier marks your package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or your building management

  2. Contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

 

What if my package is lost in transit?

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier before being marked as delivered, please email us at support@zaloryx.com within 7 days of the last tracking update.

We will assist in filing a carrier investigation. Resolution depends on the carrier’s final determination.

 

What if my order is delayed?

Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier-related issues.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities, but we will assist in providing tracking support when possible.

 

What if my package is returned to the sender?

Packages may be returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal by the recipient

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

 

Are duties, taxes, and customs fees included?

No. Duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included and are determined by your local government.

Failure to pay these fees may result in delivery delays or package returns.

 

Do promotional or complimentary items affect shipping eligibility?

No. Free shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal before tax, regardless of any complimentary or promotional items included.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

 

Who is responsible for lost or stolen packages?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order has been delivered to the address provided.

We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location.
